Our standard kerbside delivery service within mainland UK is typically 3–5 working days. Standard deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

If you require delivery on a specific date or at a specific time, premium delivery services are available by request. Please contact our sales team to discuss your requirements and receive a tailored quote.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. We offer bulk order discounts and price matching.

We're a charity. Do we still have to pay VAT?

Yes. Our furniture is sold subject to VAT at the applicable rate, including purchases made by charities. We do not offer a general VAT exemption for charity orders.

Do your products come with a guarantee?

We do not provide an additional commercial guarantee on our products. However, if you experience any issues with an item you have purchased, please contact us and our team will review the matter and assist you in reaching an appropriate resolution.

Our London office does not hold stock and is not a showroom.

Visits can be arranged by appointment at our Lincolnshire warehouse, DN21 5TJ. If you would like to visit or view a particular product, please contact us in advance so our team can confirm availability and arrange your appointment.

Can I order and collect from your London address today?

Collections are not available from our London office. Orders can be collected from our Lincolnshire warehouse by prior arrangement.

Please allow at least 24 hours for us to process and prepare your order before collection. We recommend contacting us before travelling to ensure your order is ready.

How much is delivery outside mainland UK?

Delivery outside mainland UK is quoted individually, as costs vary depending on the destination, order quantity, size and weight.

Please send us your delivery post code together with the products and quantities you require, and our team will provide a tailored delivery quotation.

Are the P24, B22 and Ex Winter products used? What condition are they in?

Our P24, B22 and Ex Winter products are commercial-grade furniture offering exceptional value compared with purchasing equivalent products brand new.

Some items are completely unused, while others have only been lightly used for approximately 2–4 weeks. They remain in good condition and are designed for the demands of commercial environments.

As these items may have been previously handled or briefly used, some pieces may show minor cosmetic signs of wear. Any such marks are cosmetic rather than structural and do not affect the functionality of the product.

This range is an excellent opportunity to purchase commercial-grade furniture at a considerably more accessible price point, making it particularly attractive for venues, hospitality businesses, event companies and organisations that need durable furniture while keeping costs under control.
