Delivery of the goods will be made to the customer once payment has been received and cleared. All deliveries must be signed for.
As standard, Front Row Furniture will deliver kerbside, unless specifically requested by the customer at the time of placing the order. Drivers will not be able to carry items into the customers premises, unless specifically agreed in writing by Front Row Furniture when placing an order. Drivers will also not be able to assist with any set up or assembly of items, unless this has been agreed in advance in writing.
The items must be checked prior to leaving a signature on the delivery note and we strongly recommend both counting the items and checking for any transit damage that may incurred before the driver leaves. This may affect any right recourse you have if you later find that goods have been damaged in transit.
We will always notify you of a delivery date once the good have been paid for. We always try to honour the delivery date, but please be advised that delay are sometimes inevitable due to Force Majeure, therefore Front Row furniture will not accept any liability for any such delays.
For economy deliveries, we aim to deliver stock items within 5 working days after the order is placed, usually sooner and we deliver most smaller orders within 1 to 2 working days. We also offer a range of premium delivery services on all order sizes, including same day deliveries
Please note, any failed deliveries may incur a re delivery charge. This charge will depend on the delivery service used
Front Row Furniture deliver Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) during business hours, unless discussed with the customer when delivery is arranged.
